Is it possible to participate without giving a talk?
Yes, you are welcome to participate without giving a talk. You can register for attendance through the “Registration” section. If you wish to present a talk, you will need to submit an abstract separately via the “Call for Abstracts” section.
Is there going to be a hands-on session in this workshop?
No, it will consist of regular presentations.
Can I give a talk online?
This event prioritizes in-person talks. However, if there are available time slots, we would be happy to accept an online talk. In that case, please contact the organizers before registering.
Is the registration fee really that low?
Yes, the registration fee is kept low as it only covers lunches, one dinner, and snacks. Additionally, hosting the event at the Physics Department helps reduce costs, and we expect some support from the university.
